1. Enoki beef roll. foto: Instagram/@intankarinaijo. Bahan: - 250 gr shabu shabu beef - 1 pack jamur enoki . Bahan saus: - 3 sdm air - 1/2 sdm air jeruk lemon - 3 sdm kecap asin hitam - 2 sdm saus tiram tanpa MSG - 1 siung bawang putih, haluskan - 1 siung bawang merah, haluskan - 1 ruas jahe, haluskan - 1 sdm madu - 1 sdm gula - Lada secukupnya
